30 Card Deck Design Series #26 Highlander/No Next Generation Fed VCM

This deck was originally built for a Highlander Swiss tournament which is all decks can only have one copy of each card in the deck The TD holding the tournament had to leave so I tweaked it out for a No Next Generation tournament which is all cards used in deck cannot have The Next Generation logo on the card Unfortunately that tournament was not sanctioned either But here's the deck
