30 Card Deck Design Series #25 Ferengi 62nd Rule

This deck was built for a Swiss tournament this past weekend's semi-annual 24 Hours of Trek marathon There were 10+ tournaments planned but only 7 were actually held due to time constraints I brought 7 Swiss decks with me hoping to play a different deck for each event but only played two of them I'll post five today as the other two I've posted already

This deck went 1-3 for a score of 2(+50) for a Teamplay Swiss tourney which was good enough for our team to win It would have done better had I included a personnel with Transporter Skill which is required on two of my missions I've tweaked it a little so here goes...
